NPI CEO, Israel Noko participated at day 1 of the GrowCO in New Orleans. This conference brings together top US entrepreneurs to engage with other business builders about what they need in their businesses and what it takes to be effective and successful. Also attending GrowCO is 702 Talk Radio’s, Pavlo Phitidis, where Israel caught up with him.
The day started off with a 3-hour seminar about “How to double your profit and engagement in 90 days”, facilitated by Jack Stack, CEO & Founder of SRC Holdings. The event highlighted that it takes both staff, and money to produce rapid financial result and lasting cultural changes. The ultimate goal is to create a “business of business people” who think, act, and feel like owners. In this interactive course, we learnt the fundamentals of Jack Stack’s best-selling book, The Great Game of Business, and how to implement them in your own businesses.
