Happy Ntshingila is Chairman of Washirika Holdings, an investment company which has, as its core focus, interests in the ITC, manufacturing, mass communication, design-build and refurbishment of office space (including shop fitting) sectors.
Happy served as Deputy Chairman of BrandSA for six years, an appointment made by the country’s president. He also serves as a Board Member of Gauteng Tourism Authority. In addition, he is a specialist marketing consultant for the Multichoice Group.
Happy’s entrepreneurial spirit saw him being one of the founders of South Africa’s first black-owned advertising agency, HerdBuoys, which had, among its many achievements, the distinction of having positioned and launched the new colours of South African Airways post 1994.

Corrie is the IQ Business’s Commercial and Financial Officer. He has experience in financial reporting aligning these with strategic goals as well as business requirements and his responsibilities include all financial functions for the conclusion and sign-off of Annual Financial Statements. Corrie has more than 25 years’ experience in business having extensively operated at an Executive level during this time. He started his career at SARS followed by a short stint of labour-broking concern. This was followed 9 years in the assurance industry operating at Executive level with responsibility for the full shared services function. In addition, a number of acquisitions were successfully concluded during his tenure. During this time, Corrie also acted as an asset consultant to a variety of clients.
Professor Shirley Zinn is the founder of Shirley Zinn Consulting that provides consulting and advisory services in HR, Transformation, Leadership and Education. She is an extraordinary Professor at the University of Pretoria’s Department of Human Resource Management, has recently been appointed as Adjunct Professor at the University of Cape Town. She is the Past President of the Institute for People Management South Africa and registered as Master HR Professional with South Africa Board for People Practice.
Shirley serves as Director on numerous boards including the Boards of Tuesday Consulting, Empowerment Capital, Knowledge Resources, Business Engage, Community Chest, and the Boston Consulting Group SA. In addition, she is the Advisor to the Board of Silvertree Internet Holdings. She also serves on the Take-Over Regulation Panel Board and on the Council of the University of Cape Town. She is a Trustee on the Nedbank Eyethu Community Trust, Ambassador for the Orbis Africa Charity, and the former Chairman of Starfish Greathearts Foundation.
Shirley is on the Advisory Boards of Monash South Africa, and the University of Pretoria’s Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences. She is the President for the Harvard Alumni Association South Africa and a Fellow of the Institute of Directors She was recently appointed as the Patron for South Africa Council of Business Women.
Shirley is a coach and mentor to several women across multiple industries. She has presented at numerous national and international conferences as a keynote speaker.
In 2015, she wrote her autobiography entitled “Swimming Upstream” which focuses on her personal and professional journey. It has officially been announced as a best-seller and she has conducted several “Swimming Upstream” talks nationally at corporates, schools, universities and charities, with the hope of motivating and inspiring especially youth and women that they can achieve despite adversity, and to never give up.
She holds a BA (University of the Western Cape); Higher Diploma in Education (University of the Western Cape); B.Ed Honours (UNISA); M.Ed (University of the Western Cape); Ed.M (Harvard) and Doctorate in Education (Ed.D) (Harvard).
