The Skills Development element measures the extent to which employers carry out the initiatives designed to develop the competencies of Black employees and Black people internally and externally. In line with the Skills Development Act 97 of 1998, NPI espouses the following:

Learnerships

Learnerships carry huge advantages for organisations looking to grow their skills pool and increase overall productivity.

• Learnership Research and Identification
